These conditions govern the use of yexmurin.com.

What this site is

An editorial page about free match-three games on Android, with a short section on desk equipment. It is free to read and needs no account. It sells nothing, licenses nothing, hosts no installation files and processes no payment of any kind.

Store facts carry a date

Advertising labels, purchase labels, level counts and availability belong to the developers and to Google, and they change. Each block of store data shows the date it was read; after that, the application's own listing is the source that counts.

Product links are informational only

The section headed "Away from the screen" links to product-category searches on a third-party retailer. Those links exist to point at a category, nothing more. Yexmurin does not sell, ship, invoice or warrant any product, and takes no part in any purchase: any contract of sale is between you and the seller. Price, availability, delivery, returns and warranty are the seller's responsibility and are shown on the seller's own pages. We deliberately publish no prices here, because they change daily and a printed price would be wrong within a week.

Ownership of this content

The writing, the table, the layout and the code belong to Sofia Nakamura. Short quotation with attribution and a link is welcome; whole-page reproduction and automated harvesting are not.

Game names, icons, screenshots and retailer marks belong to their owners; see the Legal Notice.

Limitation of liability

Content is provided as it stands. We are not responsible for a decision to install a game, for anything bought inside one, for a purchase made from a third-party retailer, or for these pages being briefly unreachable.

Complaints and governing law

Corrections and legal questions go to [email protected] with the address of the page concerned; we answer in writing, normally within two business days. Canadian law and the law of the operator's province apply, without displacing consumer rights that cannot be waived.
