Four lines that make a correction usable
Most messages that never get resolved are short by one detail. Including these four turns a message into something that can be checked the same evening.
- Which game. Both titles on this site are King match-three games with similar screens, and half the reports that arrive could be about either.
- Which sentence here you are disputing, quoted. Not the section — the sentence.
- What your own screen shows instead, including the province if it concerns a price.
- When you saw it. A listing read three months ago and a listing read this morning are different sources.
Where the games themselves are supported
Not here. Lives, boosters, purchases, a progress bar that reset after a reinstall, a Facebook link that will not connect — all of that is King's, and the support route is inside each app under settings. This site has no account system, no connection to either game and no way to see anything attached to your player profile.
Hardware questions
The devices section links to searches on a retailer's own site and stops there. No order is placed through this site, none is visible to it, and nothing here can help with a delivery, a return or a warranty. Those belong to the seller you bought from.
Privacy, claims, and the absence of an address
PIPEDA requests about the mail you have sent are answered at the same address, as are trademark and image claims, which are handled the way the Legal Notice sets out. No postal address is published: the one that exists is a home. If a matter requires service by post, ask and it is provided for that purpose.
