Yexmurin

Privacy Policy

Current from 3 September 2026

Set out under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and short because the site does very little with information.

Accountability

Sofia Nakamura publishes yexmurin.com from Canada and is accountable for what is described here. All privacy matters go to [email protected].

The site collects nothing

There is no form on any page: no sign-up, no account, no newsletter, no comment box. Nothing here can receive a name, an address or a payment detail, because nothing here asks for one.

What exists in spite of that

Purpose and retention

Both serve purposes a reasonable person would accept: running a public page and answering someone who wrote first. Logs are kept for the host's window, six months at most. Email is deleted when the matter ends, and no later than twelve months after the last message.

Nothing is measured

No analytics package, no advertising pixel, no third-party script or font. Every file the page loads comes from this domain. Nothing is sold, rented or traded. Log entries are handled by the hosting company as our processor, under a contract that permits no use of its own.

No commercial messages

None are sent, so no consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation is sought or held.

Outbound links

Two kinds of link leave this site: game links to Google Play and product-category links to Amazon. Neither sets a cookie on this domain and neither passes anything about you while you are still here. Once you follow one, the destination's own privacy practices apply and we can see nothing of what happens there.

Access, correction, complaint

You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, by email; we reply within thirty days. If that does not settle it, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada considers complaints, and Quebec residents may also write to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Cookies

A single cookie, strictly necessary, holding the answer you gave the notice. It is set out in full in the Cookie Notice, table and all.
